New Level Personal Training (Newtown) trainer Jason puts his client through an intense boxing workout. In this case it looks like the client passed with flying colours as he puts in 100%. Great effort.

Boxing is a fantastic full body cardio workout with emphasis obviously on the upper body. Boxing can be used as a warm up to your strength session or for a full on cardio workout as shown in the video above.

At New Level all our trainers are experts on the ‘pads’ (the padded gloves they wear) and have a library of boxing combinations to call on in order to keep the sessions varied.

Of course not all clients at New Level put the boxing gloves on, only those that a boxing workout is relevant to their particular goal.

If you are interested in boxing for fitness or have a personal fitness goal that you would like to action, feel free to call us on 1300 NEWLEVEL or download our 3 FREE Session offer on this website.

Nikki Smith our latest studio owner in Geelong City has a unique emotional reason for her finding exercise in her life and why she has become a member of the Fitness Industry.

People find exercise in many different forms and because of a range of circumstances. After the sudden loss of her fiance Alex, Nikki found exercise to be therapeutic and helped her recover from her heartache.

Motivated by her new found love of exercise, Nikki completed her Certificate IV in Fitness and is now the proud business owner of her very own Personal Training studio in Geelong. Nikki and her trainers are now changing the lives of other Geelong locals, and nothing makes her happier.

Check out the article below written by Danny Lannen of the Geelong Advertiser.

Congratulations Nikki.
